Spring is around the corner!! We see and hear the robins, in spite of winter not wanting to relent. Setting our clocks ahead an hour is another annual exercise which signals that warmer weather is around the corner. Before retiring, don’t forget to set your clocks ahead an hour Saturday night. This is especially important for our Bronze Champ swimmers who will be competing on Sunday!!

*Some swimmers tapered/rested for their HS swim championships, which earned them a spot on their HS district team. Holding that rest/taper, is challenging, and it is with this understanding, that swimmers need to be aware of their time outcome at this latest meet.

*All swimmers must have a TOPS cap ($7.00). We do have long hair caps. No other cap is to be worn at USA meets and at TOP practices.

*+Attire at USA meets+- Though we love that our TOPS family covers a wide geography base, we do ask that our TOPS swimmers wear ONLY TOPS attire to USA meets…no HS attire, grade school attire, etc. We are at the USA meets as one swim family, and one example of that unity is wearing TOPS apparel.

*Congratulations to the following swimmers who will be representing TOPS at Middle Atlantic Junior Olympics, this weekend:

Justin Delp
Tamara Engler
Matthew Ferenz
Mason Green
Nicholas Green
